Costs are therefore hidden and the results are conflicting messages, unstructured promotions – often without any idea of return on investment.

Level 2 - Sales and Marketing Partner

Level 2 support is designed to help marketing managers to develop, target, deploy, track and evaluate their marketing strategy.

The activity and objectives vary from case to case. Clients using this level of support are often looking to strengthen their business by supporting their in-house team with creative and technical resources.

Product or service launches, re-branding, events or a sortie into new markets are typical catalysts for engagement. Level 2 can also provide a practicable way to support a change in business model when growth or survival is the goal.

Level 3 - Interim Sales and Marketing Management

Sometimes an established business finds itself without a Head of Marketing. On other occasions, a business will bring in an independent marketing consultant with specific skills. Our Level 3 support package provides an innovative solution.
